In this seminar, Dr Yahia Zoubir talks about France’s relationship with Morocco, the United States’ with Israel and the role played by exterior big powers on the occupation of Western Sahara and Palestine. Dr Yahia Zoubir deals with the geopolitical dynamic of exterior big powers and the similarities between the Moroccan occupation of Western Sahara and the Israeli occupation of Palestine. This video is a replay of a live intervention for the humanitarian organization Solidarity Rising.
Dr Yahia Zoubir is Professor of International Relations, Research director in geopolitics at KEDGE Business School (Marseille, France) and is currently invited researcher at the Brookings Doha Center. He has taught in several universities in the United States et has been an invited professor in several universities in China, Europe, the United States, India, Indonesia, South Korea, the Middle East and North Africa. He is also a member of the Western Sahara International Academic Observatory.
